Over the years the Pearl Dragon has had many highly trained chefs pass through our kitchens and all have left their mark on the menu. As a new chef joins they enhance the menu with new ideas and styles whilst honouring our history. We are very selective of the ingredients we use and all items are freshly made to provide high quality dishes of distinction. 	A La Carte Menu Our extensive al la carte menu has over 200 dishes catering for all tastes. As well as firm favourites, we also have speciality signature dishes that must be tasted such as our steamed sea bass or Aromatic Lamb.
