Cantonese dishes are very popular in Hong Kong and Southern China. People appreciate Cantonese cuisine for its gentle and elaborate flavour.

Peking cusine is dominated by starchy food, such as noodles, dumplings and pancakes. Peking is also the birth place of Peking Duck, better known in the UK as Aromatic Duck, probably our best seller on the menu!!.

Szechuwan cuisine tends to have a rich and spicy flavour. Garlic, chilli and spicy seasoning are often used for Szechuan cooking.

Dim Sum translates to literally Touching the Heart, which shows just how much we Chinese appreciate good food. Dim Sum is the traditional Cantonese lunch usually served in steamed baskets made of Bamboo. These light snacks include a variety of dumplings, buns and pastries containing seafood, meat and vegtables. Dim Chef chefs are highly trained and specialised as well as being highly sought after by top restaurants.
